With over 13 years manufacturing experience and years of lab testing, Our factory found a way to perfected insulated hot tub. We have add R-10 insulation on skirt and above tub tray which help lock the heat radiated from electrical parts and transfer to plumbing. As results from our testing, hot tub with R-10 insulation and R-10 hard cover can save 41.3% energy comparing with a hot tub only has thin insulation at
shell.

This Acrylic implements Bio-Lok which resists bacteria build and also makes the surface easier to clean while resisting stains such as dye, ink or crayon. Silver White Marble has long been the most popular hot tub colour. A touch of grey brings dimension to the white-base sheet, providing a subtle, somewhat linear pattern to the hot tub.

If your moving home or just need to move your hot tub from one location to another we can help, we have specialist equipment to move your hot tub from A to B efficiently and safely.
All our transportation services are fully insured and we have carried out all kinds of hot tub moves including ones requiring Hiab lifts or cranes to move the hot tubs or spa into place.
Being a fully qualified technician and electrician means not only are we able to disconnect and transport your tub but we can install in once at it’s new home too.
As winter approaches we can empty and pack down you hot tub making it winter ready and then appear at the start of the season for your seasonal service and start up.
Winter Pack down Services include: Drain hot tub, Vac & dry shell, Drain pumps, heater & Pipework, shrink wrap top of the hot tub. (If able to get around hot tub).
Spring wake up Services Include: Connect all pipework, Service and spray pumps with lubricant, Clean shell, Refill, Test hot tub, Balance water using customers chemicals.
Repairs:
Hot tubs are no different from anything else in your home, occasionally things break or stop working and need repairing, we repair and carry parts for a verity of hot tubs. If we have not got the part we can order parts for you hot tub.
Servicing:
It is important to keep you hot tub as clean and running as safe as possible, it is recommended that the water is changed every 3 months. And a full annual service once a year. Some customers also like to take there hot tub out of service during the winter months, if this is something you like to do it is very important this is done properly, by draining your hot tub as well as the pups, heater & pipework to avoid damage in freezing conditions. We would always recommend that you keep your tub running, turn down the temperature down and balance the water once a week, how ever some customers insist on winterising.
3 Monthly water change:
.Empty hot tub.
.Clean down shell with cloth.
.clean filter.
.refill hot tub.
.balance water with customers chemicals.
.clean cover.
Annual service:
.Flush out hot tub & pipework.
.Check internal of hot tub, (for leaks, pumps, heater, electrics.
.freshen up inside, spray pumps with lubricant and wipe pipe work.
.Empty hot tub once flush has completed.
.Deep clean the shell.
.Remove jets & clean, ( only jets that are removable).
.Fully rinse shell, & vac.
.Dry down the shell.
.Clean the filter or replace. (Replacement will be charged extra)
.Refill the hot tub.
.Balance the water using customers chemicals.
.Clean hot tub cover.
